By placing an order on onemorecard, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before making a purchase.

1. Service Description

onemorecard provides personal tarot readings in written form, delivered via email. Each reading is prepared individually based on the questions, name, and (optionally) date of birth provided by the client at the time of order.

2. How It Works

After completing your purchase, you will receive your written tarot reading at the email address you provided during checkout. Readings are typically delivered within 24 hours of receiving your questions.

3. Pricing and Payment

The current price for a tarot reading is displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout system. We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

4. Refund Policy

Because tarot readings are personalized digital services prepared specifically for each client, all sales are final. Once a reading has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

If you have not yet received your reading and wish to cancel your order, please contact us at onemorecard3@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order. If your reading has not yet been started, we will issue a full refund.

5. Delivery

Readings are delivered to the email address provided during the order process. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address is correct. We are not responsible for readings sent to an incorrect email address provided by the client.

If you do not receive your reading within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us at hello@onemorecard.com and we will resend it.

6. Nature of the Service

Tarot readings are provided for entertainment, personal reflection, and guidance purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

You acknowledge that:

  • Tarot readings are based on interpretation of tarot cards combined with intuition and personal experience.
  • Readings reflect the energy and circumstances at the time they are performed and are not guaranteed predictions of future events.
  • You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. A tarot reading should not be used as the sole basis for making important life decisions.
  • onemorecard is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, medical treatment, or legal advice.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. All questions, personal information, and reading content you share with us are treated as strictly confidential.

  • We will never share your questions or reading with anyone.
  • We will never publish or use your personal information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
  • Your email address is used solely to deliver your reading and to communicate with you about your order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the onemorecard website, including text, design, graphics, and code, is the property of onemorecard and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without written permission.

Your tarot reading is for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish it.

9. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a tarot reading from onemorecard. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

10. Limitation of Liability

onemorecard provides tarot readings on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, onemorecard shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or reliance on the content of any reading.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
